The charging adapter came quick and works great! My camera's are back up and running just fine!

DVR not recording

Even though our warranty was up, I spoke a representative about our issue. He stated that there were a couple of different things we could do to solve the DVR not recording. The issue has been solved due to his suggestions. I was impressed that he took the time with me to solve my challenge even though my warranty had expired. The customer was service was beyond my expectations. I have experienced other companies not willing to be so accomodating. I will always refer Q-See to my family and friends. Thank you very much!
